Whangarei Hospital, developing for the future

Northland District Health Board is planning a major redevelopment of Whangarei Hospital.

Re-development concept thumbnailThe District Health Board (DHB), which is responsible for funding and providing health services in Northland, has identified the need to redevelop the hospital site in Maunu due to the growing health needs of the population.

Healthy Eating Healthy Action (HEHA) – Oranga Kai Oranga Pumau

heha logo.jpg Applications are now open for Early Childhood Education (ECE) providers and Schools for the next round of Nutrition Fund Grants for 2008.

This funding is available to any ECE or school within the Kaipara, Whangarei and Far North territorial local authority districts.

Full information for applicants, along with criteria and application forms, are available for download. Applications close 4pm Thursday 16 October 2008.
