The Child Protection Unit provides clinical and education services.
The clinical services provided are:

Acute forensic nurse support
-
Historic Case Medical Examination
The service also undertakes education and health promotion for health professionals and all Northland DHB staff.
The Police, CYF, the patient’s GP or other health providers can refer patients to the clinic.
Hours: Mon – Fri 8.00am – 4.30pm
On Call acute forensic hours: 4.30pm – 8.00am
