The Clinical Records Service stores and maintains all patient paper records in individual patient files. The Records staff supply and deliver these files on request/demand to outpatient clinics, Emergency Department, all wards, other staff and services.
Hours: Mon – Fri 7.00am – 9.00pm
Sat, Sun and Public Holiday 12.30pm – 9.00pm
Location: Level 1, Whangarei Hospital
