Psychiatrist visits the Far North one day each month to provide Mental Health services for persons over 65 years of age.
Patients are referred by a GP initially and from there they can self refer. Altenatively they are referred by other health professionals.
Clients are assessed by Community Mental Health and or the Psychiatrist either in their own home or at the monthly clinic – the environment is chosen to suit the clients preference and their current health.
Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm
