Specialising in mental health promotion with a focus on provision of information and publication of resources, depression awareness, youth mental health promotion and
suicide prevention. Major emphasis on Suicide Prevention, Post prevention and Support.
Referrals can be made by phone or fax, or you may ask to speak to the Duty Crisis Team.
Patients are seen for an initial assessment and then allocated to a Case Manager.
Hours: Mon to Fri 9.00am – 5:30pm
