Jacque has over 20 years of experience working across the infrastructure sector, both regionally and nationally, in a wide range of roles including health, education and transport.
In 2018, she joined Northland DHB, now Te Whatu Ora, bringing a skill set encompassing governance, leadership experience, change management, project and financial management skills, as well as stakeholder and relationship management.
Proud to bring diversity as a woman active in the construction sector, Jacque has experience leading large capital programmes that provide for access and equity, as well as first-hand experience of issues currently facing the construction and commercial sector. Her knowledge of planning and delivery of infrastructure locally, regionally and nationally, supports sound investment decision-making to bring benefits to communities.
Jacque grew up in Whangārei before moving away to attend university. She returned in 2016 with her husband and three children, and they have made Northland their home, appreciating the coast, sports, friends and family activities. She recently completed her Executive MBA through Massey University.
