Physiotherapy

Provides a service to inpatients, outpatients and the community. A referral from a doctor, specialist, GP, social worker or another health professional is required.

Treatments are free of charge, but there may be a waitlist for an outpatient appointment.

Community Rehabilitation Service (CRS) operates within this and the occupational therapy teams. You may be visited in your home to develop a rehabilitation programme with achievable goals. The team can also refer you on to other services such as social work, dietetics, and speech-language therapy as needed. A referral from a health professional is required.
